  • Track, document, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to support achievement of quality standards.
  • Coordinate the documentation, data collection, and reporting of product trials and field validations.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and support implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with technical and quality teams.
  • Coordinate customer claim investigations and tracking, and support Sales and Customer Service teams, including activities related to imported films.
  • Serve as a primary coordination point between internal teams and global Ti manufacturing and technical groups to facilitate resolution of film or quality concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication records related to technical service activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with flexible webs or polymers, preferably in a manufacturing, quality, or technical support environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 15–30%.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel.
