The expectation of this role will have authority to delegate tasks to the appropriate SEIT, Avionics, Firmware, Software, EGSE, STE, Testbed, and Test POCs. * Drive completion of any unresolved system level HW/SW interfaces and /or changes related to ERB. * Drive completion of subsystem level interface documents/models. * Support relevant interface documentation reviews which include internal, SDRL, and CDRL. * Focus on test labs and hands on successful integration and V&V activities from a holistic perspective. a. Drive progress and solve deficiencies when found Basic Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline or related experience. * 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on systems-level development testing and integration. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions. * Experience with I&T integration and test. * Experience developing and executing system-level and HIL test procedures * Strong understanding of requirements verification and validation processes * Experience troubleshooting integrated HW/SW systems in a lab environment * Ability to professionally communicate project status and collaborate on technical solutions with clients and peers * Active Secret Clearance Required * Ability to work onsite 100% * Ability to Travel up to 25%
