Job description

Coast and Harbor Associates, a Construction Manager Advisor (CMa), is seeking a Project Manager with experience in major renovations focused on structural, HVAC, electrical, and building envelope systems, managing Design-Build projects. This project is a Federal Building located in Saint Albans, VT.
The position's responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Oversee construction observation, contract management, and administrative support activities.
  • Manage cost estimating, value engineering, and schedule management functions
  • Monitor building envelope repairs, MEP system upgrades, and associated construction options
  • Ensure project compliance with GSA PBS Core Building Standards
  • Ability to travel regularly to St. Albans, VT
Additional consideration for candidates with the following experience:
  • Minimum 10 (?) years of project management experience on construction projects
  • Experience with major renovation Design-Build projects
  • Familiarity with federal projects, GSA facilities, or government construction contracts strongly preferred
