The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT and telecommunications projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning technical solutions with organizational goals and business objectives. The Technical Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver high-quality technology solutions using Agile and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible project management experience leading technical or IT-related projects.
An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Generally, one (1) year of directly related professional experience may substitute for one (1) year of required education, at the discretion of the hiring manager.

Comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications circuit lifecycle, including feasibility, design, ordering, provisioning, implementation, testing, activation, documentation, billing validation, maintenance, renewals, and decommissioning.
