MONTALBA ARCHITECTS

We are currently seeking an individual with 3-10 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or in New York City as a Project Architect - assisting in the development of project documentation across design phases.

  • What qualities do you believe attribute to the success of a project and team?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 3‑10 years experience in an architectural office.
  • Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design‑forward solutions.
  • Has experience crafting and developing high‑level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.
  • Has strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus.
  • Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus.
  • Experience with coordinating AIA 2030 Commitment efforts is a plus.
