Job description

โ—†  Washington, DC (Hybrid)     โ—†  Reports to PMO Lead     โ—†  Full-Time

Drive the delivery of complex data and AI initiatives, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, on schedule, and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end delivery of cloud, AI, and data engagements โ€” managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Serve as primary client point of contact, translating business outcomes into cloud/AI/data requirements engineering can execute against.
  • Apply working knowledge of cloud, AI, and data platforms to engage customers on technical decisions, not just relay them.
  • Navigate scope, priorities, and change with clients as requirements shift mid-engagement.
  • Run delivery using Agile and product methodologies โ€” sprint planning, backlog management, iterative releases โ€” not just waterfall phase-gates.
  • Coordinate the internal project team, aligning architects and engineers on delivery approach and keeping cross-functional work on track.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in technical project management (data, cloud, or software).
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum and traditional methodologies.
  • Experience managing engineering/data deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent a plus.
