Estimator & Project Manager
Job Summary
The Estimator & Project Manager is responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed estimates, and overseeing all phases of project execution. This dual-role position coordinates activities with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and relevant documents.
  • Develop project budgets, timelines, and scopes in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and resources.
  • Manage contracts and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
  • Ensure all work adheres to legal, safety, and environmental standards.
