Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise technology, data, analytics, and business application initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with internal stakeholders, technical teams, software vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic business and technology projects.
This individual will have an opportunity to be converted into a full-time employee after 6 months of contracting. No opportunities are available for individuals requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with experience supporting data warehousing, business intelligence, ERP platforms, system integrations, and enterprise application implementations. Success in this role requires the ability to operate comfortably within both Agile and Waterfall environments while providing executive-level visibility and communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise technology, data, analytics, and business application projects from planning through successful delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate activities between implementation partners, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Support enterprise initiatives involving data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting, data integrations, ERP systems, and data migrations.
  • Drive accountability across project teams and proactively remove blockers impacting delivery.
  • Develop project dashboards, executive summaries, status reports, milestone tracking, and risk management documentation.
  • Partner with Data Engineers, BI Engineers, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate based on project objectives and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology, enterprise application, data, analytics, or business systems projects.
  • Experience working with Data Engineers, BI teams, Data Operations teams, infrastructure groups, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong Agile, Scrum, and Jira experience.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, reporting platforms, business intelligence concepts, integrations, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience supporting ERP initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and data migration efforts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or related certifications.
  • Experience leading ERP migrations and enterprise data modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL, and related data platforms.
  • Understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
