Job Description
This is an advanced senior-level professional position responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of all Project Management staff within the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Building and Grounds facilities. The incumbent in this position provides technical leadership in project cost estimating, including cost analysis and market trend evaluation, to improve cost accuracy and support project budgeting. The individual serves as the first-line supervisor for Project Managers and is responsible for the day-to-day project execution, staff performance, workload distribution, and adherence to established project management standards and procedures. This role oversees multiple concurrent maintenance, renovation, and construction projects, ensuring they are executed in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar area of specialty is required. A certification of Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is required. A minimum of six (6) years progressively higher responsibility in the Construction Management, construction cost estimating or architectural/engineering cost estimating, or related field is required. Professional Construction Management Certification is a plus. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office, Project and/ or CADD software packages. Ability to travel across reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
