Technical Project Manager
The Opportunity:
As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
We are looking for a technical development project manager supporting the Maritime Targeting Cell (MTC) within PAE Mission Systems. This person has the skillset to effectively distribute coordination burden and improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of technical information flow. This role enables a government Technical Director (TD) to maintain technical leadership while ensuring all development efforts for this rapid prototyping program remain synchronized.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience supporting technical DoW or IC programs
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream technical development or engineering activities
• Experience with system architectures, data flows, and technical integration concepts
• Ability to manage complex action tracking, schedules, and cross-team communication
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in supporting SETA personnel or government engineering teams
• Experience as a technical action officer, integration lead, or development coordinator
• Experience supporting IC, SYSCOM, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Service-level technical organizations
• Experience with tactical data systems, system-of-systems integration, or sensor or data fusion program
• Experience with technical governance processes, milestone tracking, or development review boards
• Possession of strong written communication skills, including summaries, technical notes, and executive-ready readouts
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Engineering Management

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
