- Provide oversight for a portfolio of technology projects and programs, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with enterprise objectives
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Fiserv project, program, and portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, templates, and governance processes
- Partner with business and technology leaders to manage portfolio demand, staffing plans, resource capacity, prioritization, risks, and escalations
- Establish quality controls, stage gates, and portfolio review mechanisms that improve transparency, predictability, and delivery outcomes
- Deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, performance, dependencies, risks, and strategic initiatives

- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and coaching
- Deep expertise in project, program, and portfolio management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Proven success driving organizational change and increasing project management maturity across large enterprises
- Experience with resource management, capacity planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
