Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with product and engineering teams to support development and execution of portfolio roadmap.

- Plan, coordinate, and support day to day execution of assigned programs and initiatives.

- Lead and facilitate large program planning activities to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives.

- Track, monitor, and report program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

- Ensure program execution aligns with enterprise and sector program management standards.

- Work with product and stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate status and recommendations.

- Facilitate regular reviews with leadership to assess program progress and validate outcomes.

- Support engineering rigor by ensuring delivery aligns with agreed acceptance criteria and definitions of done.

- Identify and resolve impediments, escalating as appropriate through established governance channels.

- Apply facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive cross program and cross team coordination.

- Maintain visibility into interdependencies and manage escalations to support delivery of business value.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support change initiatives across programs.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, process management, or large-scale software delivery, with accountability for complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

- Demonstrated ability to run complex, high-visibility programs involving multiple workstreams, competing priorities, critical dependencies, and senior leadership oversight.

- Strong PMO discipline, including governance, portfolio alignment, milestone planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, executive reporting, decision documentation, and action-item follow-through.

- Experience managing difficult partners, challenging stakeholders, and competing agendas while maintaining professionalism, driving alignment, and keeping teams focused on delivery outcomes.

- Skilled at influencing without direct authority across product, engineering, risk, operations, business, and leadership teams in a matrixed enterprise environment.

- Experience delivering complex technical programs within cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk, or software engineering environments.

- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks, with the ability to apply agile, hybrid, or governance-led approaches based on program needs.

- Ability to drive clarity from ambiguity by defining scope, success criteria, operating models, roles and responsibilities, escalation paths, and measurable outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical, delivery, and risk information into clear executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision points.

- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, including the ability to lead working sessions, resolve blockers, manage conflict constructively, and gain commitment from diverse stakeholder groups.

- Ability to manage risk, dependencies, delivery timelines, resource constraints, and escalation paths across multiple initiatives while maintaining transparency and accountability.

- One or more relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, SAFe) preferred.Technical Domain Knowledge (Hands On Coding Not Required)

- The role requires sufficient technical depth to facilitate architecture and system discussions, reviews, and go live activities, including experience in one or more of the following:
