Job description

Powerflow, une entreprise de RealTruck, est un fabricant de premier plan de protections de pare-chocs, de protège-éclaboussures, de protections de seuil de porte et de moulures latérales de carrosserie de qualité supérieure pour l’industrie automobile.
Deux quarts de travail disponibles : quart de soir, du lundi au vendredi de 15 h à 23 h, et quart de nuit, du dimanche au jeudi de 23 h à 7 h.

Sommaire

Le monteur-ajusteur s’assure de la bonne installation du moule, de la programmation de la presse et du robot et du bon fonctionnement des équipements de production.

Tâches et responsabilités

1. Départ/arrêt de production

· Démarrer la production en préparant les machines et les équipements auxiliaires.

· Inscrire les données de la set-up sheet dans la programmation de la machine.

· Effectuer la pose et la dépose des moules sur les presses à injection.

· Donner l’alimentation adéquate aux machines, des équipements auxiliaires et autres fournitures en matière première.

· Utiliser les cédules afin de respecter les priorités de production et déterminer l’ordre de marche des équipements.

· Enregistrer les données de paramétriques des presses et s'assurer de la mise à jour des données dans le système informatique.

2. Production

· Ajuster les moules, le procédé et les équipements apparentés selon les besoins.

· Assurer un support technique auprès des opérateurs dans l'opération des presses à injection.

· Assister le directeur de production dans ses opérations.

· Effectuer un suivi, à son supérieur, sur le déroulement des activités.

· Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes demandées.

3. Nouveau produit (monteur-ajusteur senior seulement)

· Configurer le procédé avec l'aide de la direction.

· Effectuer les tests de pièces pour la clientèle et créer les enregistrements.

· Rédiger le rapport de test.

4. Maintenance

· Régler, inspecter et entretenir les presses d'injection plastique et l'équipement périphérique

· S’assurer que les programmes de maintenance des équipements de production sont accomplis

· Nettoyer les moules

· Déceler les problèmes reliés au processus d'injection.

· Diagnostiquer les problèmes liés au robot ou toute autre machinerie.

· S'assurer de respecter la procédure de cadenassage.

· Mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.

· Veiller à ce que les lieux de travail demeurent propres et sécuritaires.

· Participer ponctuellement à des projets d'amélioration continue.

· Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes demandées.

· Le monteur-ajusteur travaille en équipe avec les autres monteur-ajusteurs et avec les différents collaborateurs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Production start/stop

· Start production by preparing machines and ancillary equipment.

· Enter the data from the set-up sheet in the machine programming.

· Perform the installation and removal of molds on injection molds.

· Provide adequate power to machinery, auxiliary equipment and other supplies of raw materials.

· Use schedules to meet production priorities and determine the running order of equipment.

· Record the parametric data of the presses and ensure that the data is updated in the computer system.

2. Production

· Adjust molds, process, and related equipment as needed.

· Provide technical support to operators in the operation of injection molding machines.

· Assist the production manager in his operations.

· Follow up with your supervisor on the progress of activities.

· Perform any other related duties as required.

3. New Product (Senior Fitter only)

· Configure the process with the help of management.

· Perform parts tests for customers and create records.

· Write the test report.

4. Maintenance

· Adjust, inspect and maintain plastic injection molding machines and peripheral equipment

· Ensure that maintenance programs for production equipment are completed

· Cleaning the mussels

· Identify problems related to the injection process.

· Diagnose problems with the robot or other machinery.

· Make sure to follow the lockout procedure.

· Implement corrective actions.

· Ensure workplaces remain clean and safe.

· Participate in continuous improvement projects from time to time.

· Perform any other related duties as required.
