About the Role

We are seeking a Project / Program Manager to lead the delivery and integration of an innovative cloud-native healthcare technology platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has experience managing complex software development and systems integration initiatives.

You will partner with engineering, product, UX, DevOps, and external stakeholders to drive successful execution from planning through deployment while ensuring high-quality delivery of healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cloud platform development, API integrations, real-time data pipelines, and clinician-facing applications.
  • Drive integration across software, hardware, firmware, and third-party technologies.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, release management, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Partner with engineering, product, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project health, platform performance, scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
  • Lead technical reviews, milestone demonstrations, executive status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support healthcare interoperability initiatives, including HL7/FHIR integration efforts.
  • Ensure software development aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate cross-organizational collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Software Delivery, or Systems Integration.
  • Proven experience leading complex software development or technology implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
  • Experience leading Agile software development teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, medical devices, or clinical software platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, observability, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience supporting regulated environments, research initiatives, or government-funded technology programs.
  • Understanding of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development.
