Job Description:
  • Design, build and maintain the project plan including scope, schedule, budget and risk management. Lead the gathering of product requirements and project scope in a holistic manner across multiple teams or business functions.
  • Monitor progress to plan and design a recovery strategy if project deviates from baseline plan.
  • Assemble and publish effective status reports able to serve a variety of audiences from project team member to Executive.
  • Design and deliver Executive-level presentations to support the governance process for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Design and run effective program-level meetings to communicate status and coordinate efforts. Collaborate with peers, managers and team members across the organization to solve problems, develop plans and coordinate work Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery and other entities within the organization.
  • Plays an instrumental role in the organizations
  • Agile transformation, acts as a change agent and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Developing test cycle plan, schedule, and timeline.
  • Define project scope by prioritizing features/Platform system under test considering the Product Direction Letter, program priorities, and the test strategy and policy.
  • Build, manage the product backlog, and keep product backlog transparent to the team to ensure it is understood.
  • Leads the initiative of creating Test Epics for the features/Platform System as part of the preparation for the PI Planning meeting and continues it during the Team Breakout Session.
  • Participating in Scrum events and collaborating with the team Conduct retrospectives on completed projects to support process, policy and tool-set improvements Evaluating feedback at each iteration.
  • Hardware Configuration Management
  • Define and specify the required vehicle variants to support the scope of the test project Plan, procure and maintain vehicle components including surrogate, prototype, and instrumented parts
  • Analyze bills of materials of target program and donor programs to identify surrogate parts, minimize ordering of unnecessary parts, and exclude simulated component
  • Procure and coordinate hardware updates Software Configuration Management Define test cycles in line with software release schedules, the software change management process, and prototype software delivery
  • Maintain obtaining ARXML file and communicate the updated file to the modelling and interface team.
  • Perform software updates Communicate software release information to the test team
  • Communication Management Main point of contact for the test organization and the electrical program management team
  • Monitor and report progress of the test project execution, software maturity, and vehicle hardware and software defects (All P0, P1 defects should be discussed in Program Scrum meeting)
  • Regular analysis to Jira dashboard to understand progress and program overall health
  • Follow up\Manage incident lifecycle to ensure timely incident disposition.

Skills Required:
  • Software Testing - Technical Program & Project Management for Software Quality Assurance.

Experience Required:
  • Specialist Exp: 6 years in Automotive Software Dev/Quality
  • 3 years in Program Mgmt.
  • Expert in Proj Mgr

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
