Job description

Greenbranch Recovery LLC's outpatient substance use disorder treatment program and First Responder program is looking for a Program Supervisor to lead the team! This position reports to the Regional Clinical Director, and oversees Greenbranch's substance use disorder treatment and mental health program. This is full-time position with a hybrid schedule.
The Program Supervisor is primarily responsible for: overseeing the intake department for Greenbranch Recovery; overseeing daily onsite program operations at Greenbranch, including the supervision of treatment staff; coordinating the weekly treatment schedule with adjustments as needed; arranging for group coverage when necessary; acting as a resource and role model for staff; and intervening in challenging/crisis clinical situations as necessary. This position also manages the APNs (including OBAT) and serves as the liaison with the lab vendor.
Qualified applicants for this position will have one of the following: licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) with CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor); licensed professional Counselor (LPC), preferably with CCS; licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with CCS and/or who is an LCADC.
