Job description

Product Development & Technical Support 

  • Support quotation and new product development activities by reviewing customer technical requirements and product specifications. 

  • Coordinate sample requests, product trials, and technical evaluations with internal teams and suppliers. 

  • Assist in evaluating product performance and recommending technical improvements. 

  • Maintain product specifications and technical documentation throughout the development process. 

Quality & Continuous Improvement 

  • Support quality investigations related to customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal non-conformances. 

  • Participate in product inspections, validation activities, and technical evaluations. 

  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities. 

  • Review quality trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 

  • Support documentation required for quality management systems and food safety programs. 

Manufacturing Support 

  • Work closely with production teams to understand printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch converting processes. 

  • Participate in production trials and process improvement initiatives. 

  • Assist in resolving technical issues affecting manufacturing performance or product quality. 

  • Coordinate communication between manufacturing and technical teams during development projects.

Qualifications
