A Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Cybersecurity oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of security-related projects and initiatives within an organization. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that cybersecurity programs align with business objectives and compliance requirements. TPMs also communicate risks, track progress, and implement best practices to safeguard the organization's digital assets. Their role bridges technical expertise and project management to drive successful security outcomes.

How do technical program managers in cybersecurity typically coordinate cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives?

Technical Program Managers in Cybersecurity frequently act as the bridge between engineering, security operations, compliance, and executive leadership teams. They facilitate clear communication of project goals, timelines, and security requirements, often leading regular meetings and status updates.
