Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM Transformation
Job Location: 100% Remote, Canada
Job Type: T4 Contract
Experience: 4+ Years
Rate: CAD 65 - 75 per hour

Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM Transformation to lead enterprise-scale go-to-market transformation initiatives for a Fortune 500 product company. This role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into measurable execution, driving cross-functional alignment, and establishing scalable program governance that enables business growth, operational excellence, and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale go-to-market transformation and strategic growth programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive program governance by establishing delivery frameworks, operating cadences, reporting standards, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Partner with senior leaders and executives to convert strategic initiatives into executable roadmaps and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, resolve complex dependencies, and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, status reports, and presentations that communicate program health, milestones, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Frame strategic decisions by presenting options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Mentor and coach junior program managers while promoting consistent application of PMO standards and delivery best practices.
  • Execute programs within established PMO methodologies, continuously improving governance, delivery processes, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with enablement and change management teams to support communication, training, organizational readiness, and adoption initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional transformation or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise delivering enterprise transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity while balancing strategic objectives with detailed program execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across global teams and multiple business functions.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, program reporting, and executive communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influence, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within North America (approximately 1 to 3 trips annually).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • PMP certification.
  • Change Management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise go-to-market transformation initiatives.
  • Experience improving PMO processes, governance frameworks, and operational maturity.
  • Background working within large-scale enterprise software organizations.
