Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise programs involving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, testing governance, and post-merger integration experience to ensure successful delivery of complex transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams and business units.
  • Develop program plans, timelines, governance models, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, operations, vendors, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Manage budget, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation activities.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Define and implement UAT strategy, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate business users, testers, and SMEs for test execution and sign-offs.
  • Review test cases, test scenarios, defect management, and traceability matrices.
  • Ensure business readiness and validation of functional requirements.
  • Drive defect triage meetings and resolution tracking.
System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Lead SIT planning and execution across integrated applications and platforms.
  • Validate end-to-end system workflows, interfaces, APIs, and data integrations.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
