Position Description: The Technical Product Manager is responsible for shaping, governing, andadvancing assigned technology products and capabilities across their lifecycle.The role serves as the bridge between business priorities and technologydelivery, ensuring work is intentionally defined, prioritized, and alignedbefore entering execution.
The Technical Product Manager partners closely with business stakeholders,Front Office engagement teams, and Back Office delivery organizations todevelop roadmaps, define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and guide investmentdecisions that maximize business value and operational effectiveness.
This role is accountable not simply for managing requests, but for ensuringtechnology products are strategically aligned, operationally effective, andpositioned to deliver measurable outcomes for Turner. TheIS Technical Product Manager exists to ensure technology products andcapabilities are intentionally governed, strategically aligned, andcontinuously improved throughout their lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Align product strategy with Turner business priorities and define product vision and long-term direction.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate planning and prioritization discussions, and translate business needs into actionable product direction.
  • Manage intake and demand for assigned products, apply governance and prioritization frameworks, and define sequencing and release priorities.
  • Define business and functional requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitate discovery and planning sessions.
  • Establish success measures and KPIs, monitor adoption and operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively across IS and business teams
  • Foster transparency and shared accountability, promote disciplined decision-making, and support organizational standardization and simplification
  • Ensure a high degree of leverage of key / cornerstone products as to minimize technical debt and unnecessary duplication of features, functions and capabilities
