Job Description Revelyst Golf Technology brings together some of the most trusted names in golf innovation โ€” Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, GolfLogix, and PinSeeker โ€” under one platform dedicated to helping golfers play smarter and improve faster. Our teams design and build the launch monitors, rangefinders, sensors, and connected software that golfers and coaches rely on at every level of the game, from the driving range to the PGA Tour. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between customer needs, business objectives, and engineering execution across our portfolio of golf technology products. This role will lead the technical specifications for innovative hardware, software, and connected experiences that enhance golfer performance and engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline with technical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, and Customer Support to define requirements, prioritize development efforts, and bring world-class golf technology products to market. This position reports to the Director of Engineering and is based in our Carlsbad, CA headquarters.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will:
  • Define and manage product requirements and technical feature specifications for hardware, software, mobile, and connected products.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and customer needs.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy and customer insights into technical specifications.
  • Own and prioritize the technical product specifications, balancing customer value, business goals, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
  • Work closely with software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams at RGT and our development partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to identify and prioritize requirements, dependencies, risks, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Develop detailed product documentation, requirements specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to validate product functionality and ensure successful releases.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancements and future development.
  • Drive product development with overseas development partners to meet the technical specifications and product requirements.
You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, or a related role.
  • Experience on hardware, firmware, connected devices, mobile applications, or consumer technology products.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience writing detailed product requirements and functional technical specifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

#LI-BC1 Pay Range: Annual Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
