Job description

The Product Analyst will support stakeholders and products in our Open Banking Division.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support client facing product team communications.
  • Manage externaldocsite updates & ensure content accuracy over time.
  • Coordinate with Evolve marketing team on release notes + announcements.
  • Draft & publish root cause analysis statements.
  • Manage product status board notifications in case of service issues.
  • Support client issue MGMT + clients research requests.
  • Review data extracts discrepancies and reported transaction anomalies.
  • Query data tables &reviewdatareporting for themesanddiscrepancies.
  • Addressinboundticket requests from internal teams & providetimelyfeedback.
  • Coordinate between internal stakeholders to enable progress.
  • Develop project timelines based on internal discussions.
  • Trackprojectmilestone completionwithownershipmindset.
  • Track and manage multiple efforts at once andidentifythemes across separate issues.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, business, or computer science.
  • 5 years relatedpaymentsexperienceaccepted in leu ofBachelor'sdegree.
  • 2 years working in payments industry at bank, FinTech,ISOorequivalen.t
  • 2 years of experience managing SaaS or financial products.
  • Demonstrated history of working with technical and operational teams.
  • Strong communicationskills and ability to distill complex concepts into problem statements.
  • Prior experience with designing and troubleshooting data extracts,APIsand payment processing.
  • Ability to query data tables andidentifypatternsand failure pointsacross the payment life cycle.
  • Must be solutions oriented and advocate for positive client experience.
  • Technical Skills: SQL, Power BI,Markdown.
