Our internship program runs during the summer of 2027.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and prioritize opportunities to optimize product performance to achieve revenue/profitability goals, reduce costs, and increase customer engagement
  • Develop business/functional requirements, platform interactions, success criteria and project phasing in conjunction with internal stakeholders
  • Customer-centric thinker, who can gather and analyze data to make product recommendations for business cases, understands how customers use our products, and identifies creative ways to test ideas
  • Understanding of key priorities and ability to meet deadlines
  • Share verbally and in writing how new features work

Qualifications:
  • Business management, product, or payments experience and/or enrolled in BA/BS equivalent is preferred
  • eCommerce knowledge
  • Strong collaborations skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally
  • Ability to recognize when to reach out and clarify business requirements
  • Communicates clearly
  • Consistently meets deadlines

Benefits:
Salary Range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2027, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
