Technical Business Planner
Description -
The Business Planner role supports strategic planning and operational alignment for Supply Chain PSO Operations Technology. This position partners closely with multiple levels of executive and senior leadership and workforce planning to drive business objectives, cross-functional alignment, and ensure execution of strategic initiatives across global operations.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and process compliance.
  • Lead planning sessions and provide insights for strategy discussions
  • Facilitate stakeholder request execution (e.g., BPM Connect) by ensuring clear communication and timely completion across stakeholders
  • Coordinate strategic responses for urgent initiatives (e.g. workshops, AEMs, special projects)
  • Support leadership forums and champion initiatives for process improvement
  • Prepare and deliver reports on business KPI and strategic progress
  • Coordinate quarterly accomplishments and staff meetings
  • Ensure Ops Tech tower project readiness and T1 project review updates
  • Align business priorities with leadership (1 to 1 with L3 leader)
  • Prepare monthly metrics/dashboards and business efficiency reports
  • Drive people recognition programs (Give a WOW, EO Excellence awards)
  • Track completion of mandatory training across the organization
