Wilmington, DE
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00 am-8:00 pm ET. (During the initial training period, hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET)
Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)

As an Associate Client Order Coordinator, you will register, renew, transfer, and modify domain names with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a proactive mindset and strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with vendors and colleagues across diverse regions and cultures. - Research and develop expertise in domain-specific requirements
- Prepare documentation and provide clear and concise instructions

- Identify and escalate complex issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution in a timely manner
