Job description

For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Retail Excellence Team, supporting the transformation and growth of our retail network.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from day one. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail strategy, market analysis, business performance and customer journey optimization within a global leader in hearing care.

You'll be in charge of:

Footprint Strategy

  • Analyze market and store performance data across different geographical areas to identify opportunities for new store openings, closures and relocations.
  • Assess regional demographics, market potential and competitor presence to support strategic expansion plans.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing Amplifon's retail footprint and business development.

Process & Journey Optimization

  • Map customer touchpoints and analyze business KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate root causes of performance deviations and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of operational and commercial performance indicators across the network.
  • Translate data-driven insights into presentations and business recommendations for management and key stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and transform insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI) and/or databases is considered a plus.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs and business performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
