While hands-on coding remains an important aspect, you'll also be responsible for code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals. Successfully balancing these responsibilities requires strong communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively, ensuring both project progress and team development.
