What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack engineering background.

  • Strong front-end experience building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

  • Deep expertise in at least one backend technology stack, such as .NET or Laravel.

  • Proven experience leading technical projects/initiatives while remaining an active contributor to software delivery.

  • Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems in AWS environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in globally distributed teams and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other production-scale data platforms.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $145,000 to $175,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
