Job description

Job Summary:
PamTen Inc is seeking a Lead Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS who can think beyond coding. The primary responsibilities include designing and building backend services, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and leading design discussions while ensuring best engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Translate architecture and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements .
• Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
• Own deliverables end‐to‐end: development, testing, deployment readiness.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in Java-based application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills with a business-first mindset.
• Java, Angular, Spring, Microservices, Kafka, Redis, AWS
• Health care
Preferred:
• Skills Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices, AWS
