* Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and standard business applications.
* Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with IT policies and security requirements.
* Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose technical problems, and resolve or appropriately escalate issues.
* Track IT assets, support equipment moves and upgrades, and maintain accurate inventory records. Qualifications Required * Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph

* Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.

* Working Hours: Standard business hours Basic Compensation: $149,000 to $182,100 This range is for the Virginia area only. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
