Syntricate Technologies is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices. The role involves diagnosing and resolving computing problems and communicating technical information to nontechnical personnel.

• Strong technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware devices.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 Office, MS-DOS, communications software, virus protection, and diagnostic software.
