Job description

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) seeks a strategic leader to direct enterprise integration across SRNL, DOE/NNSA field offices, and Savannah River Site contractors. This role ensures alignment of responsibilities, effective stakeholder coordination, and seamless execution of mission-critical work.


  • Lead integration activities among SRNL, DOE/NNSA, and site contractors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Road to Independence (RTI) initiatives.
  • Develop and manage governance processes, interfaces, and service agreements.
  • Partner with Contracts, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure clear scope, accountability, and compliance.
  • Resolve cross-organizational issues impacting mission delivery, cost, schedule, or performance.
  • Lead transition planning for organizational or contractual changes with minimal disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvement, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong executive relationships and represent SRNL in strategic forums.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in DOE, NNSA, national laboratory, or complex federal environments.
  • Experience in integration management, stakeholder engagement, contracts, or enterprise operations.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
