Job Title: Solar Installer-

Job Description

This role focuses on installing racking reinforcement components on existing commercial solar arrays, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient system performance. You will work hands-on with solar equipment and tools in rooftop environments, contributing directly to the long-term stability of photovoltaic installations.

Responsibilities

  • Install racking reinforcement components on existing commercial solar arrays according to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Use power tools and related equipment to perform precise, secure installations on rooftop solar systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on commercial solar installations to identify issues with racking or related components.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing on solar arrays to verify structural integrity and proper operation after reinforcement work.
  • Follow established installation procedures and quality guidelines to maintain consistency across multiple commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with team members on-site to plan work, coordinate tasks, and complete projects efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols when working on rooftops, including proper use of fall protection and personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tools and materials are properly handled and stored after each shift.
