Job description

Join a fast-paced technical infrastructure team supporting the delivery of critical network connections across data center environments. This role is ideal for a highly organized coordinator who excels at managing priorities, removing blockers, and keeping complex projects moving from intake through physical build and final turn-up.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams, ensuring work progresses smoothly from intake through completion.
  • Validate project readiness by confirming required inputs are in place before engineering acceptance.
  • Track supplier progress and proactively escalate delays or blockers to the appropriate owners.
  • Monitor automated workflows and follow up when milestones stall or dependencies are not met.
  • Prepare and submit work requests for data center field teams, including the necessary build and cabling details.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects in various stages of physical delivery and verification.
  • Coordinate with field teams during physical installation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Support validation and turn-up scheduling to help ensure projects go live on time.
  • Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and surface risks, trends, and recurring issues.
  • Maintain documentation, process notes, and escalation paths to support consistent delivery.
Skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-moving operational environment.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, including cabling, rack positions, and physical infrastructure workflows.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and milestone tracking.
