Damco Solutions is seeking a Principal Engineer for their Digital division. This role requires a hands-on technical authority responsible for leading the architectural direction in conversational AI and channel integrations, while collaborating with various engineering teams.

โ€ข Strong technical depth in: conversational AI / NLU, LLM integration, dialog orchestration, API and microservices design, channel integration (contact center platforms, ecommerce, mobile)
โ€ข Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure ), event-driven architectures, and modern AI/ML tooling
โ€ข Owns architectural direction across the conversational AI stack and channel integrations
โ€ข Aligns and influences engineering teams across Royal Caribbean, including teams outside this program
โ€ข Holds the line on Digital's direction; pushes back when needed
