Job Overview:
Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Microsoft SQL, Entity Framework Core (EF), Azure Cloud hosting & managed services.
  • Experience with asynchronous communication solutions.
  • Experience with relational databases, such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Source Control and CI/CD systems, such as Git and Azure.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation, such as coding styles, branching strategies and functional specifications.
  • Experience with Agile development practices and continuous improvement.
  • Highly autonomous, able to operate in a changing environment, able to own and drive features.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CPG industry, Logistics, and Data Warehousing/ESB integrations.
  • Experience with Message bus and Middleware.
  • Experience with 3 PL/WMS - ERP - Middleware integrations.
  • Experience managing and leading developers.

  • Lead from the front, take end-to-end ownership, and represent the organization to executive leadership.
  • Identify gaps and implement best-practice templates including SDDs, IT plans, and technical governance frameworks.
  • Drive technical perspective cross-functional alignment and resolve vendor blockers.
  • Document existing architectures and integrations to build a single source of truth.
  • Own technical solution design, integration architecture, and technical quality.
  • Create functional design and other technical specific documents.
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Implement features following requirements and coding standards.
  • Define technical architecture and integration approach.
  • Lead technical design and development activities.
  • Review interface specifications and data mappings.
  • Guide ERP, ESB, and WMS technical teams.
  • Support SIT defect investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Review technical solutions and deployment readiness.
  • Manage technical risks, constraints, and dependencies.
  • Ensure solution quality and technical standards compliance.
  • Balance role responsibilities between 50% development and 50% managing and leading.
