Applications are now open for our Summer 2026 Internship Program, offering hands-on experience across a range of departments within our organization. Opportunities may be available in areas such as Production, Design, Marketing, Finance, PR, E-commerce, and more.

This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about fashion, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative and creative team. Interns will gain valuable exposure, develop professional skills, and build meaningful connections within the industry.

Technical Design (Code 26PRDVTECH) - Los Angeles On-Site

•Learn/Help the team spec incoming samples

•Observe development & production fittings

•Support the team with TOP comments and passing of samples to production

•Help distribute incoming samples to allocated techs

•Help clear samples of completed seasons/pack and mark for sample sale

•Sit in on new season handoffs between Design & Tech


Design RTW (Code 26DSNRTW) - Los Angeles On-Site

• Collection Print & Color & Yarn Library Organization

• Design Boards – Assist on updating collection boards

• Assist Designers on any CADs or recolor, sketching

• Assist Designers on organizing design samples

• Optional to attend selective design meetings and fittings


Product Development and Production (Code 26PRDV) - Los Angeles On-Site

•Sit in on Design/PD Weekly TB’s to observe and listen to discussions, observe dynamic between PD, R&D and Design

•Help process incoming protos – passing to sample room for steaming, passing to Design for review

•Sit in on development fittings, when possible, to understand how a garment is built/fit to be commercially ready

•Help process incoming SMS – steam, hang, organize.

•Help with SMS packing and shipping to showrooms

•SP27 – could help support during Line Edit – alterations for the sample room, observe the edit process

•SP27 – could sit in and observe our line costing process between Production & Planning

•Sit in on new season handoffs between Design & PD

•Sit in on Discrepancy Meeting post Line Edit

Production

•Help process incoming production fit samples – log into fit tracker, distribute to tech

•Sit in on production fittings, when possible, to understand the fine tuning/approval of fit prior to bulk production

•Help to mark TOP samples and file into the archive closet. Return carryover TOP’s to the warehouse for inventory

•Learn to update any PO’s under supervision, review the production WIP to understand the production lifecycle

•Review bulk submits alongside production team to learn how to compare bulk submits to standards, understand comments to vendors for resubmit or approval


E-Commerce (Code 26ECOM) - Los Angeles On-Site

•Assist with day-to-day website operations including product uploads, content updates, and site audits to ensure accuracy across pricing, imagery, and copy

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) to support campaign execution, email launches, and digital initiatives

•Support operations by assisting with order management troubleshooting, inventory coordination, and communication with internal teams and third-party partners to resolve issues efficiently

•Participate in website QA testing, bug tracking, and feedback collection to improve user experience and site functionality

•Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for process improvements, merchandising enhancements, and customer experience optimization

•Support SEO and site optimization efforts by maintaining and updating metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords), ensuring consistency across product and landing pages, and identifying opportunities to improve search visibility and ranking


Merchandise Planning/Buying (26 MRCHLA) - Los Angeles On-Site
