Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Bridge Design Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Loveland, OH. This role involves supporting bridge design, structural analysis, and rehabilitation projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key ResponsibilitiesBridge & Structural Design
  • Assist in the design and analysis of bridges and related structures, including:

    • Prestressed box beams

    • Slab bridges

    • Deck overlays

    • Minor structural rehabilitation

  • Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and project documentation in alignment with AASHTO, ODOT, and other applicable standards.

Hydraulic & Civil Analysis
  • Support hydraulic and scour evaluations for bridge projects.

  • Assist with drainage design, box culverts, and stream crossing analysis.

  • Provide engineering recommendations based on field conditions and environmental considerations.

Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Technical Drafting & Modeling
