Job description

As an MSP Success content specialist, you will play a critical part in enabling MSP partners to grow revenue, improve go-to-market execution, and better leverage Kaseya solutions through high-quality content.

Our team creates marketing collateral for MSP owners and marketing teams to acquire SMB customers, content to inform MSPs through the MSP Success website and instructional content through Success Peer. Depending on the content being created, the target audience will be either Kaseya MSP partners and prospects, or the SMBs that are the MSPs' target audience.

As a content specialist on the MSP Success Content Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering content across multiple initiatives and formats. This position offers the opportunity to create content that directly impacts the growth and success of MSP partners.

Success in this role is measured by timely and accurate delivery of content with minimal revisions necessary, content engagement metrics and overall quality of work.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery
  • Ensure consistent tone, style and messaging across each content type (e.g., MSP Success Digital, MSP Success Peer and MSP Success website)
  • Translate complex technical or service information into clear, engaging language for the target audience.
  • Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO and AI optimization (AIO), and compliance with brand voice guidelines and standards, where applicable.
  • Use CMS and workflow tools (e.g., MSP Success Partner Portal, WordPress, Asana, and AI-assisted content tools like ChatGPT or Gemini) to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay informed on social media, AIO and SEO trends, and content performance insights to guide continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate internally with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams to ensure content aligns with visual and functional best practices.
  • Collaborate externally with MSP partners in the content creation process where applicable.

Required qualifications for this role

  • 3+ years of experience in a content marketing role (ideally in a B2B environment) with experience creating various types of written content such as gated downloadable resources, blogs or long-form articles, webinar decks and scripts, social media and ad copy, and video scripts
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or communications or equivalent work experience  
  • 3+ Familiarity with AIO and SEO best practices

Preferred qualifications 

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • MSP or IT industry experience
  • Deep familiarity with cybersecurity/IT topic'
  • Ability to multitask and take on multiple assignments simultaneously
