The Opportunity
Join our fast-growing ecommerce agency as anAffiliate & Paid Media Specialistfocused on supporting TikTok Shop sellers. This role is perfect for someone with experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce, who enjoys working with affiliates and creators,optimizingcampaigns, and providing excellent client service.You'llplay a key role in managing affiliate partnerships, supporting paid media execution, and delivering structured reporting to help our sellers grow.
What You Will Do
Affiliate & Creator Management
Discover and recruit new affiliates/creators: Conduct research and outreach toidentifycreators who align with client brand goals.
Coordinate affiliate campaigns: Share creative briefs, help manage sample requests, and communicate guidelines to creators.
Support affiliate communications: Respond to creator inquiries and provide coaching as needed to maximize campaign success.
Track and report on affiliate activity: Monitor creator performance, sample status, and campaign milestones.
Paid Media Support
Assistin implementing paid media strategies: Work with the team to build and execute TikTok shop ad campaigns based on clientobjectivesand budgets, including GMV max campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance: Track spend, key metrics, and help adjust tactics tooptimizeresults.
Help with daily and weekly reporting: Update spreadsheets with key performance metrics for each client.
