What You'll Do
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with customer engineering, R&D, and product development teams.

  • Lead complex global technology programs from development through production.
  • Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, project plans, budgets, and schedules.

  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and customer-facing development activities.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in engineering, product development, R&D, technical program management, or technology-focused business leadership.
  • Experience in high level assembly and electrical cabinets
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence technical decision-makers.
  • Strong project management, financial, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • PMP certification and advanced degree are a plus.
