Technical Sales Support Specialist

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, prepare accurate technical quotations, process orders, and provide product availability, pricing, and delivery information.
* Manage a high volume of quote requests, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate order processing, invoicing, and shipping activities.
* Interpret bills of materials (BOMs), perform basic mathematical calculations, and prepare professional quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses.
* Collaborate with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience
* 1-2 years of customer service, sales support, administrative, technical quoting, or order processing experience with strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
