Technical Service Manager - Water Treatment
Join a growing NJ/NY-based company specializing in water treatment and filtration solutions for high-profile commercial clients. Work with an organization focused on quality service, technical expertise, and delivering dependable solutions to major customers throughout the NYC metropolitan area.
Salary: $105,000-$120,000 annually based on experience, certifications, and training, plus benefits package.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and prioritize service schedules while supporting water treatment systems for commercial and Fortune 500 accounts.
* Serve as the primary customer contact, resolving issues, providing technical guidance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Monitor water treatment program performance, quality control, and system efficiency to minimize downtime.
* Manage materials, equipment, inventory, reporting, and ensure compliance with required certifications and training.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3-5 years of direct water treatment experience in a similar technical service role.
* Valid 7G License or equivalent pesticide applicator certification required.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
