As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experience throughout your shift, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment while supporting sales and profitability goals.
We're looking for associates who are friendly, reliable, and committed to exceeding customer expectations-every day, every time.
What You'll Do
Customer Service & Sales
• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards
• Promote My Crosby's Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Demonstrate company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Accountability
Daily Operations
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Stay up to date on company operations and expectations
• Work scheduled shifts and follow dress code guidelines
• Report any issues related to sales, pricing, or store operations
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Cash Handling & Financial Responsibilities
• Accurately process transactions and refunds
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift
• Report any cash discrepancies over $5.00

• Help monitor inventory and prevent loss
• Follow all cash control and store security procedures

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Preferred age of 18 years or older
• Previous experience, preferred
• Valid Driver's License, preferred
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
