Your Tasks
  • Provide strategic and executive-level support to senior leadership by coordinating executive activities, preparing high-level analyses and presentations, facilitating strategic planning initiatives, and ensuring effective communication, information flow, and follow-up across the organization.
  • The role serves as a key liaison between leadership and stakeholders, driving organizational effectiveness through meeting management, business case development, performance review support, strategic project coordination, and administrative oversight of executive schedules, travel, and corporate engagements.• Independent analysis and preparation of data for executive management. Creation of complex presentations, handouts, charts, statistics for executive directors and shareholders.
  • Independent, timely collection of necessary information and documentation.
  • Preparation and follow-up of management meetings, including documents and the creation of minutes.
  • Driving and monitoring follow-up tasks as well as tracking cross-departmental tasks.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. Including board member visits and support
  • Responsible for external and internal environment analysis, formulating strategic options, developing strategy business cases (assessing cost/benefits), driving functional strategy planning to support the business/ market success (HR strategy, footprint strategy, sourcing strategy, cooperation etc.), and defining measures, measurements, and strategic road maps to align key stakeholders.
  • Active control of the internal flow of information through independent and selective information transfer and collection.
  • Supporting planning and execution of internal marketing tasks upon management approval.
  • Preparation of sales & profit reviews with senior leadership.
  • Coordinates Vice President's schedule and makes appointments
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from a college or university
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations, business development, marketing, strategy, organizational development, and/or international management consulting, preferably within the automotive industry. Relevant internship experience will be considered.
  • Specialized knowledge: Advanced quantitative, numerical and financial analytical capability encompassing market assessment, company financial performance, product profitability and pricing scenarios/ models. Ability to lead and effectively manage multiple, simultaneous, complex projects, working across multiple stakeholders and drawing on external resources and skills where necessary. Ability to effectively facilitate senior management decision-processes. Ability to think strategically and link big pictures and with facts and detail. Experience in acquisition and sales planning, forecasting and project management. Proficient in MS Office applications and SharePoint.
