  • Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications
  • Analyze design alternatives, technical data, cost estimates, and project schedules
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Maintain and grow client relationships with local and national aviation partners
  • Support business development, including proposal preparation and client presentations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to promote technical excellence

  • Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Demonstrated experience managing aviation or transportation infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites throughout the region
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with City of Tampa (CoT), Hillsborough County, Plant City, FDOT, FAA, and local permitting agencies
  • Familiarity with civil engineering design, site development, and utility coordination
  • Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and related engineering software

Why Join RS&H?

  • Be part of a nationally respected aviation team that values creativity and collaboration
  • Work on impactful projects that shape airport infrastructure across the U.S.
