Complete Description: The NCDOT is seeking a Senior Level Technical Specialist for a 12 month engagement. We are in the process of replacing the Oversize Permit System. We are seeking an expert to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in understanding the business processes of a Permitting Unit and able to document those requirements. The position will convey technical and functional concepts to the rest of the development team.
