Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• overseeing all phases from initiation through closure
• comprehensive coordination
• detailed status reporting
• risk management
• ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones and final deliverables
• develops, implements, and continuously improves project management frameworks, processes, and best practices tailored to the IT organization’s needs
• collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget
• maintaining the highest quality standards and aligning with strategic business objectives
• proactively identifying potential challenges
• facilitating effective communication across all levels
• driving stakeholder engagement to meet and exceed customer expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
• Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.
• Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.
Preferred:
• 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
