Why This Role Matters
We are seeking an IT Technician to join our Corporate IT team and support technology operations across Heritage Companies. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot property systems and help maintain the reliable and secure technology our teams depend on every day.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
  • Install, mount, configure and maintain networking devices, security equipment and other IT-related hardware across company locations.
  • Install, route, terminate and organize Cat6 network cabling to support reliable network connectivity and proper cable management.
  • Manage IT service requests through Freshservice ITSM, including ticket tracking, documentation and technology assets.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, user accounts and access through Google Workspace.
  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot Windows computers, Google Chromebooks, ChromeOS devices and other workplace technology.
  • Troubleshoot property systems including point-of-sale (POS), property management systems (PMS) and guest room technology.
  • Support cybersecurity efforts by responding to security alerts, resolving vulnerabilities and promoting technology best practices.
  • Assist with system upgrades, technology implementations and other IT projects across Heritage properties.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of IT operations, technical support, help desk or related technology experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Google Chromebooks, ChromeOS, Google Workspace and end-user technology troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, access controls and data protection practices.
  • Ability to lift and carry technology equipment up to 50 pounds with reliable transportation to travel between Heritage properties throughout New Mexico.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional overnight stays based on business needs.
  • Travel between Heritage properties may be required.

Salary Description
$20.00 Hourly DOE
